I’m an independent full-stack developer and founder of a small software company based in Germany. I help growing businesses build custom digital solutions—focusing on internal tools, digitizing manual processes, and launching MVPs quickly and reliably.

I typically handle projects end-to-end through my company, from planning and development to deployment and support. With a strong background in design, I work closely with founders, product owners, or designers to turn ideas into scalable, user-friendly software that’s built with both UX and engineering in mind.

Rethinking Live Voting — Digitally

Project Overview

EventCast is a web-based platform I developed to simplify live assemblies with voting for cooperatives and other member-based organizations.
It enables fast participant onboarding, secure digital voting, and a legally compliant, intuitive real-time results display.

The Challenge

Live voting — especially with large groups and proxy participants — is traditionally time-consuming, error-prone, and hard to manage:

  • Paper-based processes
  • Complex onboarding for members and proxies
  • Manual vote counting and aggregation
  • Lack of transparency and traceability

My Approach

I designed and built EventCast from the ground up as a modular, real-time system optimized for live, high-pressure event scenarios.

  • QR code onboarding for secure participant check-in
  • Live event control panel for real-time event management
  • Presentation mode for beamers/projectors
  • Full audit trail with export features
